Hot dog, car
The New Brighton police are looking for a Mercedes Benz car and a sausage dog with a difference. The car is two feet long and the sausage dog is a working mechanical replica of the species. The two models were the pride and joy of the children at the New Brighton Kindergarten until they were stolen at the weekend. Burglars who broke in-
to the kindergarten also escaped with a calculator —“but the toys are what the kids miss most,” said a spokesman for the New Brighton police. The models, which were bequeathed to the kindergarten. are worth a considerable sum. The police yesterday appealed for anybody who might have seen the missing models to return them to the kindergarten or hand them to the New Brighton police.
