Secretary. 3474 SALE OF LIQUOR ACT, 1962 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A GENERAL ANCILLARY LICENCE THE Leeston Rugby Football Club (Incorporated) at Leeston, has made application to the Licensing Control Commission for the grant to it of a General Ancillary Licence in respect of the premises at Leeston to authorise the sale and consumption of Liquor on the premises at the following times:— (a) Period February 15 to September 30: Tuesday. 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, 8 pm. to 10 P.m. Saturday, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (when the club is participating in games of rugby, training sessions or coaching seminars propertly programmed and arranged by the club, union, subuniin or other association to which the club is affiliated). (b) Period October 1 to February 15 Tuesday, 6 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. Thursday. 6 p.m to 8.30 p.m. Saturday, 6 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. Sunday 6 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. (when the club is participating in games of cricket, training sessionss or coaching seminars properly programmed and arranged by the club, union, sub-union or other association to which the club is affiliated). Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object ’o the grant of this application, may not later than 14 days of the first publication of this notice file a notice in writing of his objection and of the grounds thereof with the Secretary of the Licensing Control Commission at Wellington.
