Public Notices APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF LICENCE UNDER PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS AND SECURITY GUARDS ACT 1974 TAKE NOTICE that TOTAL SECURITY, LTD, a Company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955 having its registered office at Christchurch, has applied to the Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards for renewal of its Security Guards Licence. Any person wishing to object to the grant of the application must give written notice of his objection to the Registrar so as to reach him not later than one month after the date of the first publication of this notice. No objection can be made otherwise than on the grounds set out in Section 23 <2) of the Act. A copy of a Notice of Objection must be served on the said Company at the following address: Messrs T. S. Dacre and Son. 172 Cashel Street, Christchurch. within seven days after the notice is filed with the Registrar. This is the second publication of thia notice. The notice was first published on the 10th day of February, 1979.
