N.Z. manhunt
In October, 1941, New Zealand was stunned by events in the small West Coast settlement of Kowhitirangi. near Hokitika. Even the war news was pushed off the front page of newspapers as they chronicled what was to'become one of New Zealand’s largest manhunts.
Stanley Graham shot a total of seven men. This documentary details the events of the time and charts the progress of the hunt to track him down. Directed and scripted by M. W. Glynn and produced by Alan Willis, “Stanley” screens on Television One tonight.
