Values job vacated
PA Wellington The Values Party’s general secretary (Mr Terry McDavitt) will start a new job as a tutor in communications, English, and community standards at the Wellington Polytechnic tomorrow'. I “I have resigned because I the money is not there to pay a full-time person,” he said. About $lO,OOO in bills from the General Election is still owing, so the Values Party will be run by Mr McDavitt “and a bunch of my mates” on a voluntary basis until its annual conference in May, when it is hoped there will be enough money to pay someone again.
