The Waiinairi County Council has approved a com- • prehensive commercial development for Parklands. • The. development, submitted by Smith Devei- : cpments, Ltd, is planned for the corner of Heathglen Avenue and Radiata Avenue. But the council declined the applicant’s proposals for a medical centre in the complex.
