Marlborough, Nelson: North or north-west winds strong
in exposed places but moderating during the morning; rain clearing from the west during the day but showers still likely in the west of Nelson; mild. Buller, Westland: Winds between north and west, fresh and gusty at times; unsettled, with rain at times; moderate temperatures. Outlook: Unsettled on the West Coast, mainly fair elsewhere.
