PA Wellington The Prime Minister (Mr Muldoon) has dismissed an Oamaru man’s actions over the Hakataramea sta» tion as “very cranky.” He had been asked at a press conference if he would reply to Mr Forbes Taylor who has sought an inquiry into why the Government did not buy the North Otago station for resettling landless farmers. “I don’t think he’ll be getting a reply,” Mr Muldoon said. “I really don’t spend much time on cranks and this was a very cranky thing,” he said. “This man made his approaches through the press and I gave him my answer through the press — No. “I imagine in another three years he’ll have another cause celebre,” Mr Muldoon said.
