j Collingwood Holdings, Ltd, (reports that acceptances for 98 per cent of the share capital of Allied Group, Ltd, had been received. To allow acceptances by remaining shareholders of Allied Group the time for acceptance has been further extended to December 14. The offer was declared to be unconditional on November 6. It is expected that Collingwood share certificates for ordinary and specified preference shares will be mailed on December 8 to shareholders who had accecpted the Col- i lingwood offer up to Novem-1 ber 17.
