PA Levin ; The Prime Minister (Mr Muldoon) has predicted that! the South .African rugby' team will not be invited to) New Zealand in 1980. But he told an audience ■ of about 750 in Levin last: evening that the final decision would be for the New: Zealand Rugby Union. Answering a question! ;about the scheduled tour, Mr' Muldoon said: “My belief is ithat they won’t be invited,: quite frankly. “It will be the rugby) union that makes that decision,” Mr Muldoon said.
