Child suicide
A nine-year-old girl has [committed suicide by hanging herself in an empty [school classroom after a iquarrel with other pupils and a scolding from hei teacher. The police said that Hiromi Akahara was found | dangling from the end of a rope thrown over a steel! beam. During the first six months of this year 454 Japanese school children committed suicide, compared with 784 in 1977. — Tokyo.
