NZPA-Reuter London Britain regained the Wightman Cup in dramatic fashion yesterday. winning the last two matches for an upset 4-3 victory over the United States. The British No. 2. Sue Barker., was the architect of her team’s triumph, combining with Virginia Wade for a cliff-hanging t>o. 5-7. 6-4 victory over Chris Evert and Pam Shriver in the deciding doubles. Earlier Barker had defeated 15-year-old Tracv Austin, 6-3. 3-6.
