NZPA-Reuter Yokosuka New Zealand’s Black; Arrow ill skippered by Tony Bouzaid was placed tenth in the world quarter-ton sailing championship at Yokosuka, ; Japan, on Saturday. New Zealand gained 123 5 points — 7.5 points ahead of Hong Kong’s Shiny Shovel (Neil Pryde). Winner of the series was the Japanese yacht Magician IV (Yasuyiki Hakomori) with, ,197.375 points, which finish- 1 . ied second in the final of the! I five race series, a 200 nauitical mile offshore event. The second over-all place- i .getter was also Japan —i ‘Kamikaze Express (Mikioj ITokano) with 193.500 points,! ! winner of the last race. !
