Media Race win for Dave

For Dave McCarthy, driving Waitaki Power, the third running of the Media Race at Motukarara yesterday was a triumph — and one that Dave can be proud of as his horse had been said to have absolutely no chance of winning by ail those entitled to know these things, before the race. But Waitaki Power fooled everyone and ran on well to give Dave his first win in the event.
