Akaroa County Traffic ByLaw .Amendment No. 1, 1978. The general purport of the amendment Is as follows:— To include: X. No stopping on the northern side of Rua Balguerie from the intersection of Rue Lavaud for a distance of 78 metres eastward. 2. N - stopping on the northern side of Rue Brittan from Rue Lavaud to Rue Pompallier. 3. To delete f’om Schedule One item (i) (c) of the principle By-Law 1974 the “No Stopping at. all times” on Rue Lavaud on the western (seaward) side for 32 metres starting 16 metres north of the ntersection with Rue Croix. 4. To delete from Schedule Three item (I) of the princple By-Law 1974 the “No Entry sign” app r v’ng to Aylmers Valley Road bevond the junction with Aubrey Street. NOTE: This portion of road is proposed to be stopped. A full copy of the proposed amendment to the By-Law is deposited at the Council office. Duvauchelle, and is available for public inspection during normal office hours untß October 23. 1978.
