JOHNSTONE, Ethel date of Belfast and Kaiapoi)—On October 17, 1978, at Burwood Hospital, dearly loved wife of the late Wilfred Gordon Johnstone, dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Gordon and Nola (Kaiapoi), Alfred and Jocelyn (Tai Tapu), Susannah and Charlie Leech (Rangiora) and Cliff and Cherry! (Redwood), and dearly loved nana of Andrew, Heather and Elizabeth, Richard and Helen, Glenis and Trevor. A patient sufferer at rest. Sadly missed.
