DETAILS: 1. The areas have been divided into three lots as follows: LOT 1: To be done in November, 1978. Area 132 ha far aerial releasing and 3 ba for kill spray. LOT 2: To be clone January, 1979. Area 45 ha to be aerial released. LOT 3: To be done March/ April, 1979. Area 85 ha to be aerial preplant sprayed (subject to successful burn being achieved). 2. The work is suitable to helicopters only. 3. Water and chemlcala will be supplied by the Forest Service, but the contractor will be responsible for mixing and loading. 4. The contract will be as per the FS form FS D 43 which must be signed within 14 days of acceptance of tender and before work begins. 5. Tenders should state a price per hectare per lot with any positioning charge to be shown as an extra.
