Our client, Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. of New Zealand Limited, has asked us to recommend candidates for the position of INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS <MANAGER The appointment is located at the company's Christchurch tyre factory where about 300 employees are covered by four major unions. • The Industrial Relations Manager will be responsible for company negotiations in the area of internal agreements, industry awards and the handling of grievances etc. The appointee will also supervise employment and training and general personnel administration. There is scope for the development of ths broad personnel function under the control of this appointment.
