Public Notices SMALL DOMESTIC GLASSHOUSES EXEMPTION FROM DEFINITION OF A BUILDING PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the Paparua County Council at a Special Meeting held in the Council Chambers, Sockburn, on Monday, September 4, 1978, resolved by way of Special Order to make a By-law, the short title of which is:— “Paparua County By-law 1978, No. 124” The object and purport of this By-law is to amend the Paparua County Building Bylaw, so as to exempt small domestic glasshouses, of up to 10 square metres in area from the definition of a "building.” This will enable such small glasshouses to be erected without the necessity of obtaining a building permit. A full copy of the Special Order is deposited at the Council Offices, 149 Main South Road, Sockburn, and is available for public inspection during office hours until Monday, October 2; 1978, when it will be submittedfor confirmation at an ordinary meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Sockburn, at 7.39 p.m. on that day.
