Danty Tudor eased
Special correspondent Auckland Danty Tudor has been causing his owner-trainer. Mr 3. Fausett, some concern.
The gelding has been put out of training and there is now a doubt whether he will contest any of the major spring events, including the New Zealand Cup in November.
Danty Tudor is sound enough but Mr Fausett has been disappointed with training efforts. "He hasn’t come up as well as I expected.” he says.
Mr Fausett does not know just when he will bring Danty Tudor back into work Danty Tudor had a rapid rise to cup class last season, winning eight races and $27,797.50 in stakes. He I looked sure to do well in big I races this term.
