The Christchurch Drainage Board will not send a letter of resignation to the Canterbury Progress League, at. least not yet The board last evening had before it a recommendation from its finance committee that it pay a $2O subscription to the league to April, 1979, but that it also send a letter of resignation. But with one dissenting vote, the board agreed to pay the $2O and to defer the decision on continuing membership in the league.
