COUNTY COUNCIL SPECIAL ROLL FOR AMURI PLAINS RURAL WATER SUPPLY AREA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and the Local Authorities Loans Regulations 1975. and amendments thereto that a Special Roll comprising the names of persons entitled to vote on a poll of ratepayers in respect of a proposal to raise a loan of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) together with the legal descriptions and rateable values of the lands in the area to be known as the Amuri Plains Rural Water Supply’ area, which shall be denned as comprising the several properties more particularly described in such special roll. This roll is deposited for public inspection at the office of the Amur! County Council and will remain so deposited until the Sth day of September, 1978. The purpose of the said loan is to construct a reticulated water supply system to serve part of the Rotherham and Pahau Ridings of the Amuri County. Any person whose name appears on the roll may:— (a) Object to his name being included in the roll on the ground that his property will not be benefited or will be only partially benefited by the expenditure of the proposed loan: or the property of any person is wholly or partially omitted from the roll or: (b) Object to any matter or thing contained in the roll or to the omission of any matter or thing from the roll. Notice in writing of the objection shall be forwarded to the Amur) County Council within seven days of the last day on which the roll is deposited as aforesaid: the notice shall be in duplicate and shall state fully the grounds of objection and also the full name and address of ■ the objector.
