The building has a reinforced concrete frame, precast concrete floors, steel roof trusses and metal deck roofing and modular wall panels. Tire gross area is approximately 3400 square metres. Prospective tenderers are asked to notify the Architects immediately so that Tender Documents can be prepared. The closing date for Tenders will be advised later.
