He also trained and drove Passable in her winning debut in the First Canterbury Stakes on the first night of the National meeting. Second home is Affluent (2), which came in doggedly, shading Lord Brigade. MIDDLE: Wee Win, a luckless third on the first night, won the National Handicap, the first leg of the T.A.B. double. Second, half a length back, is Majestic Charger, two lengths ahead of the third place-getter, Rocky Tryax. BOTTOM: The free-going Bad Luck showed his front-running prowess with a decisive win in the Royal Ascot Handicap, the second leg of the double. Tarport Toby (8) heads the chase with Longfellow Deeds some two lengths away, third.
