The audited group net ( profit of Wilkins and Davies 1 Construction Company, Ltd, rose ' 24.9 per cent to 1 $169,724 in the year ended 1 March 31, after providing ( $101,231 more for tax at < $138,019. In addition, capital profits 1 were $1382, compared with S
$8640 last year. Turnover rose 20.4 per cent to S26M. The directors will recommend an ordinary dividend of 11c a share (11 per cent for the year, half of it taxfree. The final dividend will be paid on October 13, ex September 27.
