New computer manager
Mr R. C. Wheeler has been appointed general manager of the computer services division of the State Services Commission. He will succeed Mr C. C. Petersen, who recently retired. Mr Wheeler, aged 41, joined the Transpori Department as a traffic engineering <adet m 1954 In 1963 he joined the States Services Commission, and was appointed assistant general manager in 1976.
