Tonight Television One presents the second in the series “Decision.”
The producer-director, I Roger Grael, took his crew! into the offices of one of London’s local government areas to film “Rates — the search for cuts.” In tonight’s programme the Hammersmith Council is trying to maintain and improve the quality of life in the borough while being forced to cut services in order to avoid a politically unacceptable rate rise.
