Interest and expertise in international business arid research methods would be desirable. Applicants should preferably have completed a Ph.D. or an equivalent research degree. An additional interest In at least ONE of the following: politlleal development, the philosophy and methodology of social science, public policy, or urban politics would be an advantage.
