It seeks to appoint to this position a person who can undertake the tasks of research in the salaries field, preparation of detailed submissions in support of salaries claims and participation in negotiations in the salaries and allied areas of conditions of service. It is desired that if possible the person appointed should have experience in the work of negotiation, and a familiarity with wage-fixing procedures. The salary envisaged for the position will be in the vicinity of $20,000 plus expenses and will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
