Adelaide Holdings, Ltd, has raised $605,000 by a placement of 504,400 shares, at 120 c a share, “with various institutions and individuals in both Australia and the United Kingdom.’' The issue is subject to shareholders’ ratification at a meeting on September 11. Adelaide Holdings is the seco n d-largest shareholder, behind Industrial Equity, Ltd. in mid-east Minerals
