Border incident
Vietnam has charged that 37 Chinese led bv four soldiers raided Vietnam’s Ha Tuyen province last Thursday, accusing them of killing villagers, burning farms, and seizing the weapons of Vietnamese border guards. Vietnam said the incident had been planned by Peking to poison the atmosphere of the talks between China and Vietnam on the status of Chinese residents in Vietnam. —• Peking.
