Town Planning TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1977 COUNTY OF WAIWERA DISTRICT SCHEME SUMMARY OF REQUEST RECEIVED FOR ALTERATIONS TO CHANGES NO’S 2-7. THE COUNCIL hereby advises that submissions and objections concerning the above changes have been deposited at the County Office, Little River and are available for inspection during normal office hours. Anybody or person affected or representing some relevant aspect of the public interest may support or oppose any of the objections or submissions received. Notices in support of or opposition to objections or submissions shall be in writing on Form D as prescribed on the first schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1978, or to the like effect and shall be lodged at the office of the Council not later than 4 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19, 1978. Every person or body giving such notice shall within 14" days after giving notice to the Council serve a copy of the notice on any objector affected. The following schedule gives a summary of the requests received by the Council for alterations to the changes. CHANGE NO. 2: Rezone part of Cooptown from Rural to Residential. 1.
