Town Planning Paparua I County Counci TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1977 APPROVED CHANGE TO THE DISTRICT SCHEME PURSUANT TO THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING REGULATIONS 1978, public notice is hereby given that the following change to the District Scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1978 was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on August 7, 1978. The Council also resolved that the Change shall come into operation on August 31, 1978.
