Honour for professor
PA Wellington Professor A. D. Brownlie, i Vice-Chancellor at the Univer* ) sity of Canterbury, has been appointed chairman of the board of the New AustraliaNew Zealand Foundation. Other board members will be Mr K. Putter, the former Secretary of Trade and Industry, and Mr E. Ogier, a Wellington chartered accountant. Ex officio positions will be reserved for the Secretary of Foreign Affairs and the Australian High Commissioner.
