Marlborough: Fresh southwesterlies on the Kaikoura Coast dying out; elsewhere mainly light southerlies; cold but fine apart from a few showers about the Kaikoura Coast. Nelson, Buller and Westland: Fine and frosty; light winds. Outlook: Mainly fine in a!1 districts.
