Body time

“What Time is Your Body?” is the question on South Pacific Television tonight. This 8.8. C. Horizon feature looks at the mysteries of Body Time. Recent research suggests that man possesses a series of internal “biological clocks” which control most of his physical and mental functions. As we no longer lead a “normal” life it is becoming increasingly important to health and happiness to know where these “clocks” are located and how they work; that, for instance, if we are driving or working during the night, 4 a.m. is the danger hour when our temperature is at the lowest and we are at our least efficient and are most prone to accidents. The narrator is Paul Vaughan.
