This will call for an analysis and evaluation of existing educational and training programmes and will call for considerable initiative ' in the person appointed. The appointee will work through a V.T.C. advisory committee and with the National 'i Advisory Council on the Employment of Women, : Industry Training Boards and other relevant i organisations.
