Eight die in jail shoot-out
A small band of inmates at a Baja California, Mexico, prison planned the ambush of their tough, new warden ’for two days before a bloody ! shoot-out on Friday that ended in eight deaths —one ’Of them the warden’s. ’ The warden, Salvador; Gonzalez Guiterrez, aged 37, was shot in the head during] the four-minute melee on Friday, along with his] assistant warden, four I guards and two prisoners — one of them the alleged ringleader of the trap.
