i had brought an action against him. Mr Downes attended the hearing with a friend who had been through a similar procedure earlier when he had imported 13 magazines from Australia. It is expected that the hearing on these books,; which all deal with drugs,; ■ will be held late in July. The 'titles include “Marijuana L Growers’ Guide,” Cooking I with Marijuana,” and “Indoor : Marijuana Cultivation.”
