MANAGEMENT RESEARCH OFFICER OUR Management Research programme is coni cerned primarily with organisational efficiency and ( the quality of people’s working lives in the Nev. Zealand building industry. The successful applicant should preferably have post-graduate qualifications in business studies, behavioural sciences, physical sciences, architecture or engineering, and should also have most of the following characteristics— Be able to mix easily with people in all sections of the building industry. Possess a good understanding of research methods, including statistical analysis :: Enjoy working both independently and in association with a small group of professionals. :: Be able to produce soundly based resell < which can be applied in the building industry. Be capable of planning an application strategy and initiating implementation of the research recommendations. The professional we need would initially be expected to take responsibility for a project in the area of industry-client relationships, and also to generate other research projects congruent with the Association’s policies.
