impossible. The best have been shot by meat packers from helicopters. These fou. heads, displaced bv two Nelson deerstalkers, Bob Baigent and Nigel Curtis, and four

other heads will be sent to Wellington for the New _ aland Exhibition of Hunting an Outdoor Sports. All were sh< t in the Nelson-Murchis-on-Maruia areas.

They will b< exhibited for three days in the Wellington Winter Show building from July 5. The heads displayed were, from left shot by Mr N. McConochie (at

rear), Mr W. T. C. Sutherland, and by Mr S. G. Junes. Mr Curtis holds the head of a Virginia deer (white tail) shot by Mr E. Timpson.
