Ngawyni sold
NZPA Perth Ngawyni, the greatest. stake winning thoroughbred| produced in Western Austra-i Ilia was sold this week for $200,000. The sale was made by! ,owners, Bart Fullerton and; Mick Becker, through trainer Bart Cummings to Mr, Pete Harris, of Sydney. A condition of the sale, was that Ngawyni, which I has not started since breaking down badly in the Wil-| iiam Reid Stakes at Mooneei Valley in January, does not race again. It is expected Mr Harris! will syndicate shares in Ngawyni to breeders in the! eastern states. He is likely | to stand at stud in the com ! ing season in either New] South Wales or Victoria. j
