I The directors of Trans- [ vision Holdings, Ltd, announced that they will [recommend to shareholders payment of the final diviidend for the 15 months! ended March 31 on July 12 after the annual meeting.! ■The dividend, as previously announced, will be 7.5 c a! [share, compared with the, maiden 5c a share (5 per; [cent) paid last year. The shares are ex dividend on June 27. ■
