Pye has been active in the • development and marketing lof electronic industrial con-! Jtrol systems since the late . 19605, and the move to ][ marketing GA computers is a f logical progression of this [ aspect of the company’s elec--1 Tronic engineering operations. • I In New Zealand, Pye will (concentrate on marketing the GA “Solution Series” of' t . range-compatible micro and mini computers, providing for ■ the first time a series of I reasonably-priced and power- ! ful installations which are [completely compatible from J the bottom of the range to ‘[the top. in both software and hardware.
The Hon. T. K. Ann, who is an unofficial member of the Executive Council of the Hong Kong Government and, until recently, chairman of; the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and the Hong Kong Training Council. He was also deputy chairman of the University and Polytechnic Grants Committee. He became chairman of H.K.T.D.C. in September, 1975. He was former chairman of the Hong Kong Cotton Spinneis Association. He has led many overseas trade missions, and has participated in textile negotiations with foreign governments.
