Hong Kong comes to New. ■Zealand twice in June this I year. First, an 11-company| strong business group organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, (is visiting Auckland during ’June 28 and 29. displaying, a range of quality light con- | sumer products at the South . The articles on show will■ include capacitors, ceiling [ fans, watches, jewellery, porcelain ware, pewter ware, a i wide spectrum of toys, auto accessories. household articles, kitchenware, fashion accessories, sporting goods, umbrellas, radios, stationery and travel goods. Hong Kong imports a lot more from this country thanl lit exports to it. In 1977,: Hong Kong exported to New; Zealand S36M worth of manufactured goods, comprising mainly cotton piece goods, yarn, knitted and woven synthetic fabrics, and clothing accessories. At the same time. New Zealand sold ; to Hong Kong wool, meat, | aluminium, paper, and textile: yarn valued at SBBM.
