AMATIL issue
The board of directors of AMATIL, Ltd, have resolved to issue privately sAust7oo,ooo of debenture stock at an interest rate of 10.25 per cent a year maturing on October 31, 1984. The placement has been underwritten by Potter Partners, members of the Stock Exchange of Melbourne. This debenture stock will be issued to provide funds to service the general requirements of the group. No application for admission of this debenture stock for listing will be made.
