Water rights for Clutha
Wellington reporter Nine applications for water rights as part of the construction of the high dam on the Clutha River at Clyde where approved by the National Water and Soil Conservation Authority yesterday. The water rights cover all aspects of building the dam, should an appeal to the Supreme Court against the initial right, to dam the Clutha River at Clyde, fail.
