‘C.R.A. bid still on’
During discussions with the Minister for Mines and Energy, the minister enquired whether Conzinc Riotinto of Australia, Ltd, wished to proceed with its proposal to make an offer for 50 per cent of the shares in Coal and Allied Industries, Ltd. C.R.A. reaffirmed that it does wish to proceed, and that it feels it can make a contribution to. C.A.I.L.’s activities in the long-term.
