Carlos Palomino overcame a slow start with a fast finish and retained hfs World Boxing Council welter-weight championship on Saturday with a unanimous 15 round decision over his former friend. Mando Muniz. Palomino. 66.7 kg, used his 3in reach advantage to the maximum in punching his way to the clear verdict over the shorter. 66.3 kg Munis.
