Govt to give £1M to clubs
NZPA-Reuter London The British Government will play £IM to selected football-league clubs in an effort to turn them into cen, tres of sports activities, according to the Minister for Sport (Mr D. Howell). He said that the monejf would not go-into bricks and mortar but into the managei ment and organisation o( youngsters to participate in sport.
